1. Unrecognizable Memories
- Fates (modifiers chosen at the start of each Chaos floor) are not saved in your data.
- It is still unclear whether card changes caused by Fates (add / remove / convert) count towards point cost — this needs testing.
2. Vivid Memories
- Always saved: Equipment, regular card Epiphanies, and acquired Unique cards.
3. Faint Memories
- Common, Neutral, and Monster cards and their Epiphanies, as well as Divine Epiphanies, may not be saved if the point cap is exceeded.
- Run point cap formula: 30 + 10 × (Run Tier − 1)
- Nightmare mode: +1 Tier
- Codex modifiers: +1 or +2 Tiers
- If the cap is exceeded, the game removes Faint Memory changes at random until the total is under the limit.
- Your save now shows the total as “Faint Memory” points.
⚖️ Point Costs
| Action / Item |
Points |
| Neutral Card | +20 |
| Monster Card | +80 (some reports say 70 — needs testing) |
| Forbidden Card | +20 (always saved) |
| Regular Epiphany (on Neutral / Monster) | +10 |
| Divine Epiphany | +20 |
| Card Removal | 0 / 10 / 30 / 50 / 70 (+20 if it’s a character card) |
| Card Removal via [Removal] Talent | No cost |
| Card Duplication | 0 / 10 / 30 / 50 / 70 |
| Card Conversion | +10 + cost of the resulting card |
The point cost of the resulting card (for example: Divine Epiphany, Neutral card, Monster card)
is added on top of the action's cost.
Even if a converted card is later removed, the conversion cost still remains in the total.
